Allow the amp to warm up on "stand by" for several minutes, then turn it to "on".
Reverse the process for shut down (although several minutes is unnecessary).

Allowing the diverse component materials that comprise a vacuum tube to cool down in a slow-and-measured fashion will prolong the tube's life. Five to ten minutes is adequate in most cases.

When you play amp and you take a break , put it on Standby . It will ready for playing .

As you look not familiar with tube amps , , better to wait tubes to be cool down BEFORE moving it or be carefull.
