I have a cyber twin se.It seems that certain cell phones turn my master vollume down when being used near my amp.Thankfully it's an older type of flip phone that dose this.So it dose'nt happen regularly, but it's a pain when happens playing live.

You have your choice of two possible remedies.

Buy everyone on the planet a better phone......

Buy a better amp.

phlippy g, I've read about this with hi-fi amp volume controls and cell phones. Esp off-shore units with remote controls. From what I've heard, a lot of shielding is needed for the circuit board. Beyond the average tinkerer's skills.

Sorry.

If I have my Tracfone in my pocket while playing, I get a deet-de-deet...deet-de-deet...deet-de-deet noise from the amp right before my phone rings. Apparently, cell phones can interfere with airplanes somehow, as they have you turn them off during take off. :?

Get yourself a good old fashion tube amp without the high tech gadgetry, they're cell phone proof......however if you have an amateur radio operator close by, you might get bleed over if his equipment is out of adjustment, or they're running a lot of power......
