Hello guys,

I've been here before with my "alimurat" username couple of years ago. So hello again! I bought a used 65 Twin Reverb Reissue 2 weeks ago. There was no problem when I'm playing and testing. Yesterday, I switched my amp on and started playing. 10 minutes later it turned off. No light and no sound. Then I switched the button to "off" and waited for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it turned on again but again it turned off in 10 minutes.

So I'm new for this "tube-amp" culture. It was a amp that I dreamed for years. And Not knowing what happened to my amp is driving me crazy.

Sorry for my english and thanks for your help!

Is it new ? Yes it is warranty.

Buy used ; no light, nothing , no pilot lamp glow ? If no

Check power cord. Wall outlet
Replace fuse , it could be intermittent ( broken )
Fuse socket defect , damaged.

Thanks for your help. I don't know much about it but I think that problem starts when the amp is warmed up. I will take it to a technician on tuesday. I will notice you guys about the amp.

Be sure it is a competent tech . Somebody you have some proof that he do a good job. Don't bring your amp to anybody , even at a Fender service center.

Well we don't have a Fender Service centre in Turkey. But I know a very good technician. It's near to a vintage guitar and amp store. He's been repairing Fender's Marshall's Vox's for at least 20 years so I can trust him.

The time I posted this thread I didn't talked to him. This morning I talked to him and he says everything's o.k. come to me on tuesday. So I am ok now thanks for your support!

You live on Turkey !!! Long way from my country , Canada.

Your tech look to be the good one. IMO Fender Service center is not a proof of good job.
