My newly purchased (1.5 weeks) Fender Blues Junior III, last night, during a 30' minutes playing on clean settings started appearing an unpleasant effect, a distortion like a dying battery fuzz and the amp became quieter and awfully sounding.
I took a look at the back and saw that the V4 output EL84 valve was glowing intensively hot red while the other EL84 was normal as were the 3 preamp valves. I shut down the amp and let it cool down for 3 hours. I then turned it on and played at very low volume (it was night) but the valve didn't seem to overheat again. I let it idle (without playing) with the Master Volume at 12 for a while and nothing happened. I couldn't played it loud because it was night time so I don't know what could be the result.

Is it something that I should worry about? Is there a fault on the amp or the tube is dead/dying?
What should I do from now on to be able to tell for sure that the amp should be returned or the tubes need replacing?
Is there a warranty for the tubes? I read that Groove tubes give 90 days warranty for the Output tubes. Does this apply on tubes that came stock in the amp?

Yes. It's either the tube itself, and/or a bias issue.

Yes, as you stated 90 days.

In both cases, take it back for warranty.

Edit:
Check your warranty period and terms for Greece, but I would think that 1.5 weeks would still be covered.

Could also be the tube socket holding that tube needs tensioning, not securely grabbing all the tube pins with 100% contact and losing bias on that tube causing it to intermittently redplate.

I swapped the EL84s with each other while tightening the tube sockets. Yesterday I played for about 1.5 hours and nothing out of the ordinary happened. These are two pics of the tubes (crappy cellphone camera, sorry).
