What is the difference between Blues Deluxe Type PR:246 circa 1993 and a Blues Deluxe Reissue Type PR:658 circa 2004

I Know the spec's are different but why did they change them. Is the Blues Deluxe Reissue a better amp. I've just bought a 2nd hand deluxe from 1995 not the reissue and wonder if I've paid too much £300 approx $450.
No matter I love the amp anyway.
Cheers

Biggest change was the addition of a bias adjustment pot to the BDRI. Otherwise, just minor circuit revisions.

I bought my BDRI new for $750 two years ago so I would say that $450 is too much for a 17 year old amp that is not really anything special.

From what I've seen on eBay, the used MIA versions typically go for about $100 more than the MIM versions.

Don't know why. The Reissues had several improvements made to them.

I'm sure that it's simply the USA part of it. It still matters at least a little to some people.

From what I've seen that seems to be the going rate for those over here in the UK.
