I own a Superchamp xd that upgraded with a Rajin Cajun speaker. Just learned about the speaker cab for the X2.
Has someone tried the superchamp xd using the superchamp x2 112 cab? Does the xd amp have power to drive BOTH speakers?

There is no reason that the amp can't drive two speakers, or four. But, it looks like there is only one speaker jack on the amp, and if so, you would have to unplug the internal speaker to plug in an external speaker cab.

To get the most power from the amp, match the impedance with an 8 ohm combination of speakers, like Fender 1x12 or 4x12. Using two 8 ohm speakers in parallel will be 4 ohms, which is fine, just less power from the amp when using 4 ohms. A 2x12 (4 ohm), might sound great also.

If I remember correctly when I installed the rajin cajun, there was a double connector right where the wires plug into the speaker. Was thinking maybe you can make an extension for the external cab from there.

The RC is and the 12" speaker on the x2 112 cab are both 8 Ohms. Maybe it is a good option when you need a bit more kick.

That would work, just make one, or get another cable similar to the one on the amp, but longer, and attach to the extra speaker terminals.
