Can someone tell me the proper way to connect my effects pedals to my amp? I have tried to search it on the internet, no results. The one video I did find was with a distortion pedal into the clean channel. I don't want damage my amp. Thanks,BARRY"O"

That is fine. You only have one input. Clean or drive is selected on the amp. You won't damage the amp no matter how you set it though it may or may not sound good if you use both the pedal and the drive setting on the amp. Experiment to find what sounds best.

Thanks for your response Bill. I'm not sure about the send and return loop for the effects pedals. Should I connect my pedals in front of the amp, or go through the loop. I have a
NS-2, TU-3, CryBaby Wah, Ibanez TS808, FZ-5, and a CE-5 chorus pedal on my board.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks Barry"O"

All pedals work just fine in front of the amp. If you want to divide things up, distortion, overdrive, tuners, wahs go in front. Things like reverb, delay, chorus, and other time-based pedals can go in the loop. Google something like "guitar effects pedal order" and you will find lots of info on how to set things up.

I like to put all my pedals through the loop on my Deluxe VM. If fits my needs perfectly. Then again, I only use a OD, COmpressor/sustainer and noise supressor.

I have to admit, that I have been able to dial in the sound I have always been looking for with this amp and my favorite Tele! I love the on board effects! The OD pedal I use is only for when I solo, otherwise it is in the off position :D
