I have a Pyle Driver I got in the early 80s. It is 12" and when I checked it with my DM it reads 7.4 ohms. I would like to know what kind of magnet it has as well as power rating and, anything else I can find out about it. Here are photos:

The speaker was built in the 38th week of 1982 and is a ceramic magnet type. The frame design is based on the old Oxford/Utah tooling, the latter company of which Pyle Industries bought out in the mid '70s. These speakers were commonly OEM in the Fender ultra-linear Twin Reverb and in some Sunn, Acoustic, and Kustom/Kasino models. I would categorize it as a 75-watt driver.
