I am looking into buying a 4x12 tonemaster cabinet to use as an extension out of my HotRod Deville 4x10. Will I be able to use it? The cabinet is rated at 16 ohms, but the one I am looking at is wired for 4 ohms.

A Tone-Master 412 was wired for 16 Ohms stock, and could be rewired to run at 4 Ohms. Either way, you'd have a mismatch at the amplifier and less than correct performance.

Your DeVille 410 wants to see an 8 Ohm extension cabinet. We currently offer these extension enclosures in 8 Ohms:

-Hot Rod 112 Extension enclosure

-Super-Sonic 212 enclosure

Good luck!

Shane

Are there any structural differences between Tone-Master cabinets and Super-Sonic cabinets?
