Can some1 explain to me the diff between a valve amp n a tube amp...ive tried a tube amp....the blues jr to be exact...thts the only tube amp ive tried so far.....n wats a good marshall amp upgrade from a mg ?? for blues....mayer,srv etc etc

To be more precise, "Valve" is simply the British term for what Americans call a "tube."

If you want an all- tube mashall then you better be prepared to give an arm and a leg unless you are filthy rich or determined to have the marshall name. Another altenative for an amplifier to fit your playing style would be the blues junior, the pro junior, the champ 600, or the peavey classic 30. Good Luck

Man, you don't need to be filthy rich to own a Marshall. Just a thousand aire. 2-3 grand for a professional piece of equipment ain't that bad. Look at what the 57 Deluxe Reissue costs. It's not that far from 2 grand and it only about 12 watts.
