I assume you already tried just reseating the cables that go from the amp to the reverb can. If the amp sat for a couple weeks sometimes moisture gets in there and causes bad connections. I have similar issues with my Pro Reverb and the cables going to the reverb can.

Yes,that was one of the first things I did was check all connections.

I am reasonably certain of the positions indicated in black, and a guess on the positions indicated in red. For certain, the output tubes are 10 and 5 on one side, 6 and 11 on the other side, with 5 and 6 as the inner pair, 10 and 11 as the outer pair. Also certain of 4 and 8. The two tubes right beside the reverb transformer are certainly 8 and 9.

Since the control panel would be closest to the tubes that I have labeled 1 and 7, I assume that they are as indicated (the view should be from the bottom of the chassis as viewed in the cab). Of course, the positions that I labeled 2 and 3 could be 1 and 7, or .... I would really have to look at an actual amp to be sure of the positions indicated in red.

You can easily verify which tubes are in positions 1 and 7. Pulling the actual V1 will disable only the "Parallel Channel" inputs, and pulling the actual V7 will disable only the "Switching Channel" inputs. No problem running the amp with any or all preamp tubes removed, no damage will occur running the amp this way. Just switch the amp off each time before removing or replacing tubes.

If you could try to verify the numbers, that would be terrific, and if I have them wrong I can correct the picture so we can have a valid reference in the future. Try pulling 1, verify operation of the amp, then put 1 back in and pull 7 and verify operation.
