Hi,
I'm about to buy a Super Sonic 100 head and rather than going for its 412 slant enclosur i want to go for a Mustang V 412 cabinet... may i know if there's a compatibility between these two??

Hoping for a kind suggestion !!!

There is a selector on the rear of the head. If you use the mustang cabinet, then put it on 4 Ohm and connect main and external on the inputs of the cabinet, also possible, only 1 wire main on cabinet.
Why don't use the slant one ?

Thanx for your helpful information!! Well, to answer you straight about your question.... its the budget factor & moreover the difference is just the "baltic ply" else both are equiped with Celestions.. So thats the reason behind my choice.. the Tone would definately differ though!!
Ok Tissan, I have another query if you can help me out.... whatever you said about the Mustang Cabinet , would it be the same case if i go for a Marshall MC series 412 Cab with the SuperSonic 100head instead ??

Put the selector to 16 Ohm I beleive, 300W, carbon, harsh sound ...
