Hey guys, it's been awhile since I've posted.
When I switch channels there is a two to three seconds of silence. Doesn't matter if use a foot switch or the button on the panel.
Thoughts?

2 sec for the mute, definitively too long compare to mine that is less than half a second!

If your amp less than 5 years, then still under warranty, it is better to bring back to a 7ender dealer for maintenance.
Otherwise, do you have electronic skills ?
The mute is done with a FET on the output of the preamp stage (just after K2A)

8) 8) 8) 8)

I bought it used from my local GC last June. Actually I did buy the Pro Coverage (14 mo).
They are sending prepaid shipping and say it's a seven to ten day turn around.
So far so good.

Well, I dropped it off on Sat the 31st. (we were in Buffalo that weekend and that's where it was shipping to). Nice big clean facility. GC warranty repairs go through Lifetime service Center. I checked the repair status this morning and it says completed, has a UPS tracking number scheduled for delivery today. Cool!! Interesting thing is, the tracking info from UPS says the weight is 1lb. I wonder what will be showing up today....
I really miss my amp, I have a Marshall Valve State VS232 and a Fender Performer 650 but they just sound flat and boring in comparison.

It was there waiting on me when I got home. I looks like the whole amp was replaced. The control panel face looks different. Seems to work OK now. It was shipped back UPS over night. The tube were removed and packed separately so no breakage. Overall good experience.
