I don't own one but have used them on different gigs. For me they are just ok. Not bad but not great. I would rather have a 59 Bassman RI.

I have the standard DeVille 410, not the blues version. I've tried out the blues version though, I can't tell any difference between the two. I think the blues DeVille is just to give you a tweed option if you ask me. Although some people swear there's a difference, I just think it's their mind playing tricks on'em.

I'm very happy with my DeVille 410. I've been able to get every sound I could want out of it.

I actually bought this amp for the 59 Bassman vibe of it. I would've bought the Bassman, which is what I wanted to begin with, but I didn't have quite that much money, so I went with the next closest sounding 410 setup which was the DeVille (plus it has extras the Bassman doesn't have) and I'm satisfied. If I had it to do over again, I would do the same.

honestly I have owned at least ten different fender Tube amps in my life and you couldnt get me to part with my original 1993 Blues Deville 4x10.

I tried twins and Blues jr's, early champs and so on and my deville just flat out sings.

and the tweed just looks cool too !!!

I have a Hot Rod Deville 410 and I love the amp. It's plenty loud when i need it and it gets the tone that I want. I keep mine in a ATA flight case from Barry Cases. I first played one in a studio a few years back and fell in love then. I use the gain channel and keep the volume low but the channel volume high and its sounds amazing.

I've played the 4x10 model, and it has a wonderful Fender clean for not a lot of dollars. I like that whole series for its cleans (used to own a Blues DeVille 1x12). I'm not a fan of the drive channels on any of those amps, but they take pedals well.

It has a thicker sound than alot of other fenders. But I was looking for that, bottom line if you are looking for a warm clean tone I garantee you wont be dissapointed, just a wonderfull amp.

I have a 4-10 Blues DeVille ReIssue. 60 W, 4-10's & TWEED of course  My only complaint is that it's too loud!!! I replaced the original 6L6 output tubes with "Groove Tube's- SubstiTubes" ...it made quite a difference especially after they burned in, tone-wise... it's still LOUD!!! I play an American Deluxe Strat, and a Hagstrom Super Swede through it, and it gives me as close to the mysterious magic tone I have been searching for all these years!!! It ROCKS!!! I play mostly "Classic Rock", and some Blues with a little Surf thrown in for fun... and it'll do it all. I use a vintage 70's Big Muff for the "Deep Purple/Black Sabbath" stuff and a Cry Baby, thats all my effects, and it'll play whatever I need it to and I never have had the Master Volume over 3. Even outdoors....it's plenty loud and has a great tone to it...

I've had mine since they first came out and really like the tone qualities. I play country, blues, and root rock with heavy on the country. The amp sounds like the old fifties and sixties country players with grit and smooth tones. I'm not into heavy effects so this amp fits my style to a T. I agree with a previous post about the overdrive channel, I prefer to use a Tube Screamer for that end. I will kick it in when looking for heavy disortion with the Screamer just for fun.
