So far, it's been six weeks with no contact of status except for the unhappy news that warranty work is not priority at the repair shop. This is a new $2000 Tweed Deluxe.

I can clearly understand why. First, there's all the ancillary paperwork which must be completed for the authorization to work on and reimbursement for, servicing the defective item. This creates a backup in and of itself where second, no authorized repair facility gets reimbursed for the time to complete and manage all this extra paperwork. Lastly, the financial reimbursement to the shop for repair is nowhere near what most shops normal labor rates would be. As you can now see, there's no motivation. This is especially true if it is a busy repair facility.

Try a different angle: If your state has a "Lemon Law", start demanding your money back or a new amp.

Long enough to order up a Victoria Amps 20112 then tell FMIC to go pound sand.

And not one day longer.
