I have a Fender SS 60 watt head about two to three years old. It started buzzing when the volume was brought up on any guitar, humbucker or single noiseless, didn't matter. I tried a dedicated and clean power source too. I did find the 12AT7 tube next to the 6L6 to be a bit micro phonic, so I replaced but the problem is still there. I've tried cables, diff guitars, etc. I've been playing in clubs for many years but this one is strange. You can have the guitar plugged into the amp and crank it and no buzz but only when the volume is brought up on the instrument the buzzing begins. Very annoying. Oh yeah, a few times I noticed a loud "pop" when I set something down on the top of the head unit, almost like something was loose inside but that was a while ago. Any response is appreciated, thank you.

May want to try a LITTLE contact cleaner (I like DeOxit GN5 or D5) on each tube & socket. And the jacks & plugs. Lap the tubes into the sockets by pulling and inserting (old push-&-pull  ) a couple of times.

Well the guitars are ok. For example, I keep the Master Burn channel volume @ 3 and I have my guitar plugged in, you will hear the normal Burn channel hiss. When I turn the the volume up on ANY guitars I get a terrible buzzing. I did notice in the past sometimes when I bumped or move the input cord on the amp a loud pop would sometimes occur. I did take it to a Fender authorized repair shop yesterday and the gentleman there believes it may be a bad solder joint. I probably won't get it back in time for my gig this coming Fri and Sat but I'll use my good ol' Peavey Delta Blues 2-10. If anyone has heard of any issues with these Super-Sonics please speak up. I just love this amp and would like to know what to expect in the future. It has gigged with me about 30 times and has been good so far. Thank you in advance.

Probably a bad solder / connexion on resistor to ground.
Somewhere close to the input jack or firs tube.

Most important be sure the repair guy is a real electronic technician , like Leo Fender was. Did you call that electronic engeener in USA ?

Sure those guys will find the trouble.
