Hi I own a fender vibro king amp and it's a very good amp but I have a problem with it ,

when I got it in the first time and opened the box the reverb was not functioning so I looked at the rear of the amp and decide to switch the rca cables and then it suddenly worked ... it's a sham for fender !

then the 6v6v reverb valve was broken ! and after I got a new one from the store everything seemd to work fine but the sound was very thin and useless , not deep and lush just a very long and bright tail
NO MATTER WHAT I do with all 3 knobes I can't find a good tone like in the "twin reverb" amp .

I was young back then and a bit impatient so I did a mistake and ignored that , and now I'm sorry I didn't fixed it wright away

now I don't know what to do because I feel I got a damaged amp from fender and I can't do nothing about it because now it's 5 years later...

I don't even mind to send it back to fender for recheking , is that possible because I want this amp to sound as it should have been from the first place .

Is that the way this reverb should sound or something is still wrong with my amp ?
