I mostly play bass, but I am thinking that using the greta as a pre-amp before going into a bass amp could work as a poor bassist's guitar amp.

How stupid is that idea?

I love that video! It was shot at a small, independent music store in Phoenix called Ziggie's. They have been in business since 1927. It has been way too long since I have been down there. I will fix that next week. :)

While you are in there, maybe you can shoot a clip running Greta into Excelsior for us?

These are cool amps. I wish I could actually play an accordion so I could utilize that input.

Not too worry. I understand that you can plug your Hurdy Gurdy into the accordion input.

Or maybe, one of those probes they have for some microwaves. They have quarter inch jack inputs for those. I wonder what would happen if you plugged a guitar into it? Nuclear explosion? :P

I have put my name down for a Greta (beyond cool for messin' with at home) but the dealer cannot give an accurate delivery date.

Has Fender got a definite release date yet?
