Blues Jrs are and always have been 15 watts regardless of version or covering material.

Taken from the ad:

"The Blues Junior™ III is a 15-watt warm-toned, longtime favorite "

"Wattage: 30 Watts"

15 watts.

The 30 watts is a typo.

Yep, BJr - 15 watt rated.

Looks like the speaker in the amp is 30 watt (V30), but the ad is wrong about the amp watts though.

You should send an email to the seller to let them know about the error.

well too bad it's not true....................

cause i think if fender had made this model with the 2 tone tolex in the same size as the

original blues junior

however with 30 output watts

i'm sure it would be a run away success

did you hear that fender ! ! ! !

give us what we want/need :P

The Blues JR III is the same size as the original Blues JR.

Fender is not going to up the power of the Blues JR when they have both the Hot Rod Deluxe III and Blues Deluxe Reissue that put out 40 watts (although they use 6L6GCs instead of EL84s).

I also sent Gear Hounds an e-mail and used their contact form. We'll see if they respond to me.
