Guitar-->RP500 input, and RP500 output-->Amplifier input. This is not using the loop and all amplifier controls work.
or
Guitar-->Amplifier input, and "Preamp Out" of amplifier-->RP500 input, and RP500 output-->"Power Amp In" of amplifier. This is using the loop and all amplifier controls work.
or
Guitar-->RP500 input, and RP500 output-->"Power Amp In" of amplifier. This will bypass the amplifier preamp section so the volume and tone controls won't work on the amplifier. Presence and reverb still work on the amplifier. Sometimes the amp modeling can sound more authentic when connected this way, as you are only using the output section of the amplifier. Volume level would be controlled by the RP500.

Any of these ways will work, one way might sound better than another, try them all and see which way you like. Make sure to start with the amplifier volume and RP500 level turned down to prevent squealing from too hot of a signal and it might be more sensitive using the loop.

Por favor, disculpe mi español, no se llega a la práctica con mucha frecuencia.

Put your pedal in front of the amp and don't bother with the loop.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

try both methods and c which sounds the best with the effects you use, personaly, when i used multi efx units i made extensive use of efx loops but after upgrading to single stompboxes i only run strait into the front of the amp, also just a point... with a valve amp, you generally spend the money on it to get that valve tone... the efx loop basically adds a solid state chip into the mix wich tends to reducethe valve tone that u paid a arm and a leg for... so just my 2 cents and what ive experienced... i wouldnt use the efx loop...
