Hey so i just noticed that on my deville 410 only one of the power tubes were glowing...so i went ahead and purchased new tubes, and changed both of them while i was at it. but once i did change them, as i turned it on to warm it up...i went and grabbed my guitar, and looked back again and the same tube(looking from the back the power tube on the right) was still not glowing!!! is this normal?? like does it only run off of one tube til you crank it loud enough?, or is there something wrong with the amp? i bought it from a friend of mines friend, and this is my first tube amp, so i am kinda new to this...so if anybody is experiencing anything like this or knows what the solution is to this (if any) please let me know!!! it would be greatly appreciated!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Yea all the tubes should be glowing...you didn't check this out before you bought the amp?
