:oops: Please dont flame me...my question is:what years were the Metalhead amps in production and how do you decipher the serial number? I bought mine at GC on 11/18 for $300 btw. Thanks for all responses :wink:

Don't know much about the MH amps so I can't help you much. Just wanted to say that I like the idea of the MH amps. Something about their "over the top" nature appeals to me.

Hi waya,

Try the search feature on this site for metalhead amp. There is usually no deciphering of the serial number for Fender amps, they don't contain any date info. To find out about your particular amp, contact Fender with the serial number if you need more details.
