The hand-wired Tonemaster was only available through Fender's Custom Amp Shop (along with the Vibro King, Dual Professional, and the original Rumble Bass) and were built in extremely limited numbers and only for a few years. If you've got a full stack, they're quite rare and worth a substantial sum to the right buyer.

No place but the usual, Craigslist or Ebay. Sales are not allowed on this site. You should not have a hard time. Good luck!

+1

They show up on Ebay from time to time -- on C/L, somewhat less frequently. In both instances, at slightly higher prices than the Vintage Price Guide (which leaves both the seller and buyer room to haggle). In any case, the Tonemaster was a very fine platform -- perhaps the best that FMIC has offered......in the modern era.

I am trying to find out what year this amp and cabinets were made. Can anyone point me to the direction to find out the year and month made of these? The head serial number is in the upper 100's the cabinets are LO-436xxx and CR-216xxx. Thank you in advance.

Interesting that the cabs came from two different plants -- "LO" indicates Lake Oswego (the old Sunn factory in Oregon) while the "CR" prefix denotes the Corona, California facility.

Can't help with the actual year of production, sorry.
