BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED THE REVERB WORKED FINE
BUT NOW NOTHING
DO YOU THINK A LOOSWE WIRE OR WHAT
DOES FOOTSWITCH NEED PLUGGED IN TO
WORK. ANY IDEAS ANYONE?

Check the cables to and from the tank to ensure that they're correctly plugged in and making good electrical contact. The footswitch should not be necessary for reverb operation -- it's normally "on" and the switch is used to turn it off. The tank itself is subject to transit damage as there are some delicate components contained within. Use a DVM to ascertain that it's serviceable -- you should see 50 to 80 ohms resistance measured between the shielded contacts of the tank's input and output jacks. The problem might also lie with the tubes used to drive and recover the "wet" reverb signal; swap in known good bottles to verify.

Maybe a tube just came loose during shipping? Check to make sure all are seated properly, especially the 6BQ5 in V3, and the 12AX7 in V2 (both used for reverb).

Yes I had to work . Kinda makes
me miss the military this weekend
would have been a four day pass for sure.
If I want that kinda time now I have to
spend my PTO (Vacation time)

I tried the rca jacks to no avail.
I may have to open the cover maybe
a small wire got knocked lose.
When I turn the dwell and mix
up it sounds like it adds distortion no verb
