I am new to this forum, and electric guitars and amps in general, so bear with me. I recently got a 2001 Cyber Twin amp (with upgrades) and it works great until I turn it up. Then it "goes out" like a circuit breaker or something cut out. The power light is still on, but to get it to work again I have to power the switch off and on again. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know what the problem is and how to fix it? Thanks.

That link to me to the schematic and it looks like it is for the original Cyber Twin which is what I have. Do you have any idea what would cause the "cutting out"? Thanks.

Thanks for the tip. I did the factory reset and it seemed to work well for a little longer period of time, then "pop" and out it went again. I turned the power switch off and on and it worked fine for a little while and did it again. Anyone know a good fender amp master technician in the South Bend, IN area?

Success! I found a good tech in my area and they had it for two weeks and now it works great. The service slip states, "repaired ribbon cable connections, faulty dual op amp and FET, tubes were ringing". The tubes, dual op amp, and FET were replaced. Total job was about $200, which is what I expected. I bought the amp for about $300, so I have $500 in it total. It should be the only amp I need in my lifetime so I am satisfied.
