A few years ago I played a used amp at Guitar Center. It was a Fender 412 and I can't entirely remember the name. I think it was either a Performer or a Stage.
What made it interesting is that it had the two or three knob Vibrato/Reverb but also the drive and more drive channels (two input- one for the normal setting and one for vibrato but you could put over drive on either of them, or so I think it's been a while since I saw it).
I found this really cool because I could do the Reverb I liked on the fancy Fenders amps, as well as, the over drive from the Deville. It was also loud and had great tone.
Does anyone know anything about this amp? I've been searching the internet and have found about one or two similar items in the past few years.
I'm really just curious because it was a great amp and I thought it brought all the best features of Fender amps into one.
(Also, I'm a bassist so please don't be too harsh if I worded this topic poorly.)

Fender offered both a "Performer" and a "Stage 100/160" line of amps a few years back. I believe the Performer was a hybrid (tube pre-amp) and a close cousin of the Roc Pro 700/1000. The Stage 100 was offered as a head and in its final guise, had the DSP effects package added. This added several additional knobs on the front panel to control the on-board tremolo, reverb, delay, chorus, flange, and vibratone IC modules. The DT412 and/or GE412 cabs intended for these amps was equipped with a quartet of Celestion G12P-80 speakers.

Thanks for getting back to me. I think this was some really rare weird amp. Did I also say it was a 412 combo?

These amps are all 4 x 10 combos. And the brown 6G12 Concert Amp does not have reverb.
