Just picked up a nice Silver Princeton Reverb. The tremolo is not very strong. Is this typical?

Also, it has the pull boost. I know most don't like it but is there any mod that could make this a raw distorted boost of maybe one that will just make it sound better? A boos switch is not a bad thing necessarily.

The Princeton's tremolo circuit is all tube-driven (no trem roach). Likely you've got a weak bottle there.
