I just got a 65 Twin Reverb. I had been using a Hot Rod Deluxe with a 2 12 Tone Master cabinet. The 6 twin is at 4 ohms for the speakers, but the impedence on the cabinet is at 16 ohms. Will those two work together, or will it harm the amp in some way?

You will be fine. As long as the amps impedence is lower than the cab you won't hurt anything but at the same time won't get the best out of the amp. But your safe. :D

Thanks, I apprecite it. I actually found a formula for figuring the actual watts your amp will put out from pushing a cabinet with a higher impedence. An 85 watt amp at 4 ohms pushing a cabinet with an impedence of 16 ohms will end up at about 20 watts.
