Anyone know of a suitable replacement footswitch for a mid-80's Concert? The few original(?) footswitches I've seen on ebay are well over $100, and I'd prefer something a bit cheaper.

Will any of Fenders newer production footswitches work with these amps? Or are there any reputable builders that will 1) not take your money and run, and 2) not require a 4 month wait time?

Thanks!

This is only source for the Rivera-era footswitch that I know of......

Beyond that, you're pretty much SOL.

Contact Ken at www.payne-labs.com.. He made me a custom footswitch when I owned a Concert combo after sending him the schematic. I think it was less than $50 shipped. You can find the footswitch schematic on line. I've had him make me several custom switches. Nice guy, responsive to emails and good turn-around time. Highly recommended.

thanks guys...good info. i had seen the one on ebay and was a bit skeptical. when i tried the seller's website, firefox said the site was potentially dangerous...ha!

anyways, sounds like having one custom made is the way to go.
