Would this be considered a Tweaker?

Not exactly. Still, a mighty good sounding amplifier. Congrats.

But since you drew the comparison... you coulda had an Egnater Tourmaster for less green, and got way more versatility in an equally good sounding amp.

+1 Congrats on a great amp. Not quite a Tweaker, but beautiful just the same!
Yeah, the Tourmaster is a great amp too ans seriously crazy versatile and I believe they're made in the U.S. Man, sometimes I really miss the headroom of my 100 watt Twin. I'll have to go pay it a visit soon.

Thanks,I've been playing a long time,Never bonded with the classic fender amps,Owned a TRRI,SFDR,67 Bassman head,Blues DeVille 4x10,sold them all. I think the thing that makes this special is a mid control and a gain control on the Twin/Bassman channel. I've never played totally clean and for me this is a great amp. Also the Focused and loose cab control add another dimension as does the bias control. The burn channel is very tweakable also. This is basically 3 amps in one. I still have my 2204 Marshall,my VT40 Ampeg and my Fuchs ODS. But for now this is my main gigging amp.

I've only played through a couple of those (outside of a music store, I mean) and I really dug them both. Although if I was gigging and owned a Fuchs ODS, the SS would sit home!

Congrats on the nice amp Frakctured!

I've wanted to check one of those out for awhile, it sounds very promising, but there haven't been any around here yet. I would be interested in a review from you after you've had a chance to put it through it's paces (pros and cons). :)

Thanks Bro, I have played it thru 3 different cabs,One w/Greenbacks,One with V30's and one with GT75's. All have possibilities, but in the 25 watt mode w/the Greenbacks it sounds killer. I am playing it out Saturday with a 4x12 with wgs et 65's will post.

Off topic but most of the bad reviews have been for the older Supersonics. Yes it is expensive,Yes it is different, but I think it is an exceptional American amp. I don't mind paying for what I think is quality.

Let us know how it works out. Have you messed with the automatic bias yet?

I plan on changing V1 and V2 with real Mullard 12 ax7's I have. Also the 6L6's will be replaced with Jan 6L6 WGB's. I will see what the auto bias does at that time because I am sure the tubes are not balanced. Still very impressed with the amp. The cleans are awesome as is the reverb. And the more you tweak it the dirtier it sounds.
