so my tweaker arrived today.
1st impressions..
looks really cool, cab is light, head is pretty heavy though, not a problem just giving weight perspective. plugged in, turned on.

cleans are nice, dirty is raunchy and distortion is creamy, and crunchy like a twix bar.

anyway at 40 watts, has high clean headroom, also the gain knob really delivers the goods.

now, it comes with a nifty chart to start you off with finding a tone, ofcourse couple of turns of the vol or gain knob helps find the sweetspot.
the amp being the 2 channel amp that it is, i can set a nice clean tone
and a dirty tone in the other channel.

it has a usa ac brit switch for both. thats the only negative about the amp.
other than that.
its a great sounding amp.

Yeah man. That amp is brand new. The Tweaker 88 is coming too. Wait till the speaker breaks in. That's when a lot of the magic happens. Just one question, why is the usa ac brit switch for both channels a negative. I haven tried the 40 yet and I'm just curious.

+1

Wouldn't the switch behave like a "top boost" on an AC30TB?

Negative, I only mean that you can't switch between channels .
Negative is a strong word. I really love this amp.

That's what I thought you meant. It works on both channels at once. Would have been seriously cool if it was independent. Still a seriously cool feature. The cool thing is the switches actually do something to the tone. All the Egnater stuff is like that.

I really love the AC with gain. The cleans are cool, I prefer the
USA cleans.
You could tell egnater put alot of thought into this amp.
The tight and deep controls the bass response.
There is a mid cut switch, pretty self explanatory
Clean and hot, another step to the gain,
And bright switch and normal.
Every little switch affects tone directly.
Really really cool

If you like tone tweaking, it's heaven. Very cool options. It starts to give me the itch. I've been looking at the open back cab and was thinking about trying one open back and one closed back cab to see what it would sound like.
