Cant get any volume and its distorted in a strange way like how it sounds before it warms up if you play immediately after turning on. Only it never gets any louder. replaced the power tubes and visually inspected the solder around the sockets - no change.

Whats the chances its a pre amp tube problem? theyre all glowing tho..

Chances are very good that it is a preamp tube, not a certainty, but a very good chance. I would suspect V3 (pi) first. You can use one 12AX7 to try in each of the three positions, one at a time to see. Try a new tube in V3, if no change reinstall original tube in V3, and try the new tube in V2, etc. It would certainly be the easiest/cheapest thing to try. Make sure that your bias is set properly any time that new output tubes are installed, no worry about bias with preamp tubes.
