I'm looking for a new amp and I'm staring to lose my mind
I've tried some 5 watts and dig the Champion 600(will never get to live in a house, unless a miracle happens) , but a 'real' amp would be better, reverb and EQ/tone, so the deal is, do an attenuator REALLY!!! keep the amps tone? and how easily can an attenuator be fitted into the bigger fender combos such as DRRI, Twin Custom 15, Bassman?? The Princeton Recording amp is also an option, I just seriously doubt I can find one to try, is it worth it?

Hello Time-Machine,

Bad Cat Amplifier co. offers a product called "The Leash",
it's a attenuator that is supposed to be real nice. They sell
fo about $350. Do a web search and read about it, I've
never seen one live, otherwise, I might just own one.

Hope this helped.

it depends on the brand. The THD Hotplate is a good option plus it has noise reduction. The Gibson Stealth is also an option.
