Well I finally decided...

MIM Strat with humbucker upgraded to DiMarzio PAF Pro.

Boss Tu-2 tuner,
Visual Sound Route 66 Compressor/Overdrive (amazing pedal btw)
Dunlop Cry Baby Wah
Visual Sound Liquid Chorus

Running into a Jet City JCA20H half stack with JC12S 1X12 cabinet.

I can't decide on a reverb, and Visual Sound say they have on in the works, but I also like the EHX Holy Grail Nano. I also like the EHX Hum Debugger. I may also add a Visual Sound Angry Fuzz or Son of Hyde distortion, again I just haven't decided.

Don't ask me how I went from going with a Blues Junior to a Jet City by Soldano LOL. My Fender club membership will probably be revoked LOL.

I don't always use effects, but when I do:
>SKB powered pedal board with (in order) > modded Dunlop GCB95 Crybaby (true bypass and a voicing mod) > TC Electronic PolyTune > Keeley Compressor > TC Electronic Corona Chorus > Way Huge Aqua Pu$$ > Voodoo Lab Micro Vibe > Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive > in front of an Egnater Tweaker with 2 Tweaker cabs or if noise permits, a Fender Super-Sonic 22.

I just picked up a BOSS sd-1, Super Overdrive, and I must say that this pedal is sweet. Especially for the price I paid. I use it as a slightly gritty solo-boost in front of an already overdriven Jet City JCA2112RC. The SD-1 adds some sustain to the notes, and really affects the dynamics of the amp itself, more than adding it's own colors; IF that's how you like it. If you want more, this thing can wail too; more o/d than I would ever use.

 The amber one.
Isn't it funny how a pitcher of Killian's Irish Red tastes better at Hooters?

My favorite pedal? Hmmmm.... probably the ones I made myself! 8)

Remember when I posted a few times about that old Digitech RP7 that I had? I ended up selling it on Craigslist. I tweaked and tweaked it, and fought with it, over and over, and I just couldn't get it to play nice with my Fender Frontman 65r. So I went back to regular pedals, and am in the process of building my own pedalboard too. 8)

Tried several compressors before finding the Barber Tone Press. Excellent sound and control, veery versatile.

Tried a string of overdrives and hated them all until I tried a Hermida Zendrive. Schwing.

My Line6 M13 is the bomb diggity for time based effects.

Fave wah is a dead stock Vox 847, which I use more as a parked filter than a waakka-wah.
