I got my Custom Shop 65 a few weeks ago. When I took her out of the box she was as cold as an ice cube. I let her sit for a couple hours. Till she was warmish to the touch, then to be safe I let her sit for about another 45 mins.

With an amp I would imagine you would want to wait till the tubes are nt freezing cold to the touch. Should probably take a couple hours. But perhaps someone has a more definative answer then mine.

Give it all the time it needs to reach room temperature.

Usually, you want to let it warm to room temperature in it's case or packaging for about a half hour. Condensation is you worst enemy when moving a amp or other electronic device from the cold outdoors to a warmer, indoor enviroment.

Another thing to consider in cold weather is ESD, or static discharge on those cold days. I mean its not a major concern, but I'd make sure to discharge any static before doing a tube change or something like that, because I could see it freaking out an amp possibly...
