Everyone knows that sonic sex is Kylie Minogue performing "Santa Baby", but I am happy for you that your guitar amp does it for you too!

A well sorted twin is a thing of beauty..

ooh yeh kylie performing anything.. and then doing breakfast ha!ha would be nice eh ??
yeh i love this amp , one thing i find really cool is the club /arena switch.. on the vintage channel the amp gets into that cooking power amp stage nice and early even with the bias on factory standard.. would be nice to own two of these ..maybe one day kylie might buy me one .. ha ha !
the post gain eq on the burn side is verry interesting.. i wonder if an extra switch could be added to make it either /or pre/post gain eq ??? probably not ..¬¬
i have a buddy with a soldano ha ha i cant wait to wheel in my new twin. those poor guys in the first couple of rows ..reminds me of that video greg koch did "cranium bursting volume "
i have only one gripe about this amp and every other twin fender have made ...why oh why do they persist on those straps (handle) to carry this near on 80lbs amp..why cant the incorperate side handles ???. i am waiting for that familiar crunch as the carrying strap snaps and the amp plummits earthward breaking my toe before it hits the ground with a thud !!
oh well ! cant have it all (yet)
see you !
tony :D :D :D

In some forty-five years of owning and playing Fender amps, I've never had a strap handle fail. And that includes the handles on JBL-equipped Twin Reverbs which weigh a good twenty-five pounds more than your Supersonic Twin.

Take heart -- while heavy, your amp's not likely to experience a handle failure.

+1
And if it does fall on your foot and breaks your toe maybe the amp won't be damaged as much.

yeh good point. jbl fitted twins usualy never carried alone , unless you roady is lou feringo.
but yeh point taken.
i do have a question for you though in regarding handles ans so on .. is the supersonic twin the same mass as a "normal " twin i want a flight case and was wondering are the "standard " or has it got its own mesurements ?????? sounds a bit dumb but i have to ask ..
cheers
Tony

Check the "specs" section of the amp's write-up on Fender's "Products" pages. I know it weighs in at around 83 lbs but I'm not certain about the actual exterior dimensions. I'm sure someone makes a road case for it or if not, they soon will.
