shouldnt be to hard i wouldnt think.
if you should choose to have it done, it would be in your better interests
to shop around for someone to do it.
a amp repair shop,
auto trem shop that does convertable tops,
a antique furnature refinishing place,

just to name a few that all have the ability to do the job, though they might not have
done an amp before, they have done this type of job.
all 3 will offer up different prices that will differ greatly, so shop around.
just find the covering you want and ask.
