Some how on my quick access buttons more then one is lit up at the same time and the same patch is saved on those that are lit. When I try to change the patch and then save it to say #1 , #2 and #4 are also lit and that patch will be saved to all three. I cant get the other lights to turn off and just want to be able to save a patch to each of the four locations. Is there a way get them to turn off so the amp knows I just want to save to one location ?

every once in a while the cyber twin software goes nuts. it's always due to how you have fooled around with the amp. the ct software is not industrial strength robust, it can get funny.

so here's the fix: save all of your presets and midi map, then do a factory reset. this should reload the software and set your amp to factory fresh clean - your player's lounge and midi map will be replaced with the factory fresh ones. your problem should disappear. then reload all of your presets and midi maps and you should be fine.

good luck,
ciao,
johnny.
