That's a great deal! The G12H speaker retails for $144. Do they ship? They only had one of the tweaker cabs at my store.

The rebel cab has the Celestion Elite 80 speaker.($279) The tweaker cab has the Celestion G12H speaker.($249) The retail for the Celestion G12H speaker only is $149. That's why it's a great deal on the cab for $159! The Celestion Classic Lead 80, which is what the Elite 80 is, retails for $135 speaker only.

The Rebel Cabs are ported closed back cabs with Celestion Custom Elite 80's. The Tweaker cabs are partially open back cabs with a Celestion G12-H30. They use void-free Birch Plywood. Nice cabs. I've seen people gig with the Tweaker 15 in small clubs with two 112 cabs and sound just great. My Rebel 20 does fantastic in medium sized clubs with two 112 cabs. It even does pretty well on fairly large stages. Anything too large which is rare nowadays and it gets mic'd.

supro

im running mine through a aviter 1x12 celestion.
ive heard that the egnator cab was designed
for the rebel20. am i right to believe my rebel will
most likely sound different through the actual rebel cab?
my rebel cab is a bit bigger than the rebel cab too.
my guess is yes on this one and in a big way too.

Supro, are you using the Egnater cabs or something else?

I run two Egnater 112 cabs. They are seriously voiced for the amp. I tried a lot of different cabs from Bogner to Marshall and I always went back to the Egnater cabs. You can run the Rebel 20 all day at full tilt through one cab and never have a problem. But I run two just to push more air and get the perception of a bit more headroom.
