Hello,
I don't remember where, but I seem to recall hearing that you weren't suposed to
plug in a guitar with active pickups into a Cyber Twin. I've search the manual and all over the net and can't find an answer. I have one guitar that came with EMG's and would just like to know if they are compatible. Appreciate any info.Thank you.

I can't imagine why in the world you could not use active pickups, just adjust the trim pot on the far left to compensate for the increased output of the pickups.

You want the light above the trim pot to go slightly in and out of the red zone as you play, if its hard red for lack of a better description then your pushing the system into non musical clipping and it won't sound good.

Good luck.
