So, yeah, I want to buy Fender Frontman 25g, for home use. Any experiences with it? Thanks! 8)

I had the Frontman DSP 212 (100Watt)
It was loud enough but it lacked in the tone department.
Being an "Amp Modeler" you could never really dial in the right sweet spot.
it was hit or miss. some times tone was spot on but most of the time it was off.
Im not sure how close the 25g is to the 212 but if its just a home use thing to fiddle around with it may be okay. go down to the local guitar shop and ask to play one. I honestly dont know how well these sound. i was just merely explaining how my amp was and they are in the same Frontman Family I beleive.

I have the Frontman 25R - it's a good little practice amp, plenty loud down here in the Music Room and decent enough overdrive, especially with humbuckers. It's what I let visiting musicians use when they come to jam without an amp - no complaints.

I have a number of amps. Some of the various Frontman and FM 15 models, some with and some without the reveb or DSP, a 212R, a Stage 160DSP, an Automatic GT and a 25R. The 25R is a great little amp and I use it most of all as a practice amp. It has a headphone jack that lets me play as loud as I want and not bother the wife. A DSP model is fun and if you can find something with that you might have a bit more fun with it. Over all, you can't go wrong with the Frontman 25. Reasonably priced and small enough to carry around but big enough to give you some real loud sound. (Not the best sound quality, but what would you expect from an inexpensive practice amp?)

My Frontman 25R is the first amp that I got. It's the only amp that I have ever used, and after a few years of playing with it, the amp drive sounds like $@!&. That's just the way mine is though. Every single model is different so....
