I have a Hot Rod Deluxe amp (purchased around 2001-2002) and am going to put in 2 EMINENCE MAN O WAR 12" speakers. One for the amp and One for the fender ext speaker cab. Do i need 16 or 8 ohm speakers? What screws do i need to unscrew to get to the stock speakers to replace them? Anyone thats already replaced speakers in this type of amp and ext cab or has knowledge of how to get to the speakers please feel free to reply to this post. Thanks in advance for any help.

A pair of 8Ω speakers will be fine.

You'll need to remove the back panel from the cabinet, then unload the chassis by unscrewing the fasteners on top of enclosure. Be sure to unplug the speaker wire and the cables to the reverb tank before proceeding.
