I have a new Fender Twin Reverb amp.

This may be a simple question, but are the two speakers inside designed to play the clean and reverb/vibrato channels individually?

I ask because i have a les paul ultra 2 guitar, which has an acoustic output, and electric output. I plug both into the fender twin reverb, one into the clean channel 1, and one into the reverb/vibrato channel 1. Now...when I play live, the sound guy only mics one speaker or the other... and it usually means i have to turn the other unmic'd side up louder than normal for a good balance. This is usually a song or two into the set.

People tell me the speakers are not based on channel, and do combine all the channels. Is it true? Can you confirm?

Thanks for helping me figure out this probably simple question.

Both speakers are in use at all times. They are not channel specific.
