Does anyone know how the grill frame is attached and whether it's removable? I have a chance to buy a used DRRI in great shape other than the grill which looks like kittens were having a great time playing with it. Thanks!

The baffle board is removed by unscrewing the six fasteners found within the cabinet -- three per side, through each side cleat. The cloth itself is held fast to the baffle via staples. Remove your speaker first before proceeding.

Direct replacement Fender OEM grill cloth can be found at The Parts Guru, Angela Instruments, Mojotone, and on Ebay.

Best of luck, HTH
