Alright so I have the FM 65 DSP amp, and just the other day I went to play my guitar and found that my amp will turn on, but doesn't matter what guitar I use, cables, etcetera, I just don't get any sound out of it. I'm hoping that I won't have to buy a new amp. I'm pretty savvy when it comes to tinkering with electronics, so if I gotta open up the amp I can do that. But I just don't know what's wrong with the amp. I've tried looking up information on this, but I didn't really find any conclusive information.

Have you checked to see that your speaker leads did not become disconnected?

I haven't done anything yet, aside from verifying that the issue is with my amp.

I'll have to give that a gander, but if the speaker leads are still connected properly, what should I be checking for?

If the amp is still within the five-year warranty window, I'd take it to an authorized service center -- they'll either fix it or give you a brand-new amp.
