Post subject: Vibrolux reissue reverb

My Vibrolux reverb reissue has a problem with reverb which is very weak.
Tap the tray and you get usual clang and reverb explosion sounds, but not the effect on amp.
Tried changing valves, but only had 12AX7`s no 12AT7`s, any idea`s? :(

Check the cabling and in/out jacks associated with the reverb tank and look for signs of possible corrosion. Scuff the plugs and jacks with crocus cloth if need be and give them a good turn when you re-install them.
