Hey folks,

I'm hoping you can direct me to the source of my problem!

Basically I was using the amp - no problems, never had an issue until when I turned it off and turned it on again for it's next use.

As soon as you turn it on it blows the fuse, you replace the fuse and you get about half a second of red 'on' light before it blows again and there is no power.

Anybody got any ideas of what might be causing this?

Thanks for you help in advance.

Ed

Here's your options:

1. Sounds like it's tech time.

2. Your absolutely sure the fuses your putting in are the right size? If their any smaller they'll blow everytime.

I was probably of no help whatsoever, but I have to do my duties and contribute to the forum.

Usually two things cause a fuse to blow. One is a bad power tube, the other is the power transformer. Try changing out the power tubes. If that doesn't work, take it to a tech. Don't forget to check the bias.
