My friend bought the 22 Watt and the Clean Channel is Modeled after the Super Reverb and sounds Incredible. A Marriage Made in Heaven would be a Wattage of about 45 Watts, with the Super Reverb Clean and a Tad of Tweaking on the Lead Channels. We were wondering if the 2011 60 Watt Super Sonic was changed any as Rumored?? I would love the Super Reverb Clean Channel on the 60 Watt with the Current Lead channels, they sound Great. Love the Big sound of the super Reverb for Clean. :?:

To the trained ear, there is a significant difference between a Super Reverb,Twin,Vibroverb and bassman. Hands down the Fender Clean Channels have a natural compression and sound better than anything out there. Plug into a 22 Watt Supersonic, listen to the clean channel, then look at the specs on the 60 watt, it emulates a vibroverb and bassman.
The Super Reverb is the best of the Cleans next to the Twin and that is what the 22 Watt Emulates.
