Howdy!
1st post on here.

Just got a US made HRD 410 off ebay for $475.

Fired it up.
Sounded great, but the volume pots were horribly noisy, so I sprayed some cleaner in there and now the clean channel pot is completely limp, and the amp sounds like frying bacon, and barely makes an audible sound.

Great.

I guess the pot has lived it's life(RIP), so now I need to know if this is an easy swap, or should I take it to an amp tech.

I do not want to kill this amp.
Even with a cooked set of sovtec tubes, this amp makes my walnut strat sound better than my Marshall ever did.

If you have no experience in electronic, better to contact a tech, change a pot is not so expensive.
:D
