Do you think that the new Racing Stripped HRDLX is worth the $1599.00 price tag. I have a Texas Red edition that I paid $800.00 for, which was probably $100.00 more than I should have paid. However in the end it was worth it. Amazing and loud! Almost the same amp, only difference is the cab.

I'm hoping it's American made to account for the price difference. I like the specs and the looks.

Thats a lot of money for the same sound that comes out of my plain black one. Just my opinion though.

I'd expect at least a 20% discount off of MSRP.

But you stil have to realize that the tool and die shop has to change the way th run works! That costs labor to change that. Also I like to know wher you are geting a BRAND new vintage 30 speaker for $100.00, besides e-bay?

Cosmetics won't make an amp sound better or make it more reliable. For that kind of cash you're on the fringe vintage and maybe boutique. I'd spend the money on tone not looks.
